Toro y Moi’s album cover for Underneath the Pine may have a gross out factor to it but the song “The Beat” and video for it are smooth and have already mysteriously disappeared from Vimeo so I will describe it for you: using flannel, mustaches, and lots of denim Toro y Moi rode their fixed gear bikes to their shoot, stopping only at American Apparel to pick up the essentials: clear grandpa glasses.
